We've been using acellus for a few years now, and I have loved it. Up until last month, when they made it so my kids couldn't access through their internet browsers, they HAD to download this garbage app. It crashes, videos dont play, trouble with log in, and on their tablets, it won't even open. Then if you try it on a cell phone, the screen is so small you miss important helpful information. Absolutely would NOT recommend.👎

WORST app I've ever had to deal with. It glitches constantly. There's no longer the option to use the website, which was the main way to troubleshoot the PATHETIC app. Pricing was increased, which I can only hope and pray the money is being used to fix the glitches of the app. If it actually worked smoothly and the videos played without freezing constantly, it would be an excellent program, fun, and simple to use. But it sucks, and makes me want to find a different curriculum. It's a shame

The app worked so much better before the update. Now to log into the parent account, I have to enter an eight digit pin as opposed to a four digit one and the numeral keyboard is gone, so I have to use my regular keypad, which just makes the extra digits even more inconvenient to input. I also can't scroll up about half the time I use the app. I can scroll down the page just fine, but not up. I then have to back out of the student or class I'm looking at, or reset the app entirely. Please fix.
