Ratings and reviews

Worst of all money transfer apps. They are not honest. Showed me a different rate before completing the sign up process including bonus . After signing up they showed me a different rate without the bonus. Frauds. They do not have delete account options. They keep your data for indefinite time.

Update : It has been 8 days but still no REFUND. ACE did NOT even initiate refund so far. ACE has been horrible. My refund of EUR 11,000 has not been issued since Sep 1. No one is answering emails and nobody attends phone calls. They ask for too many documents every few months. I need my refund immediately which is pending for over 6 days now. Horrible people and horrible management. No way to raise a complaint or get heard.

After ACE, when I open the app, it freezes. After the freeze, it won't go away from the screen. I can't go to the application to send money. Could you please look into it? Dilip fernando
