Trouble logging in. I logged in first with email address and password and gave my credit card info. It promised not to charge. Got in but the app I wanted to use inside wouldn't load up. Went out and now it wants my credit card info again. Is it supposed to ask every time? Now it says it is a 5 day trial and then will start charging. I don't recall that at all the first time I logged in. Also noticed it prechecked the box to buy games I don't want. How do I cancel?

Sorry, we think there might be some misunderstand. Miraplug is an all free app, we would not cost any extra fee from our user. We suspect you may wrong click the ads in MIraplug app, and pay for them. Please check your receipt and ask the ads provider refund.

I paid 20+ dollars for this on Amazon and it won't play the sound at all. Thought it was going to be a good purchase, now I'm quite dissapointed as the bluetooth range is very low and has a really bad static noise. My response to Mirascreen LTD reply: I have connected to the bluetooth once, "unstable" power is not the issue, its direct to the wall outlet! Sound plays for like 1 minute and disconnects for 5. If it was faulty power the screen wouldn't be visible. Wish I could get a refund/return.

We suspect the issue is due to power not enough. Please use an external 5V/1A power adapter instead of TV USB port to provide a more stable power supply.

App didn't work at all ! Don't download this, the software doesn't work. Needs major improvements !!!!! You have to give way to many permissions for them to access your phones data, camera, keep your phone from sleeping, everything !! Don't, they can access whatever they want on your phone. They can watch and hear you through your speaker/microphone and camera. Spying !!

Miraplug is a display content casting app, so it needs some permission like camera and speaker/microphone, please understand it. Without these permission, how could we be able to cast the content from your phone to TV?
