Froze while registering. Tried to sign in after it finally unfroze and it says it doesn't recognize my username/password. Attempt to register as a first time user again and now the "continue" button at the end of the first step (plan ID and name/birthday) literally does nothing. It's just stuck on that page of the app. And the website on the letter I received that initiated this path of fruitless frustration is invalid. I clicked the Aetna sponsored link in Google results and it's a dead link.

Not an overly complicated perspective. The app doesn't allow an individual to access the file a claim icon on the bottom of the app screen because it is overlayed with the backwards/ clear/ close buttons on your mobile device. In other words you can't do anything other than look at the opening page. This is a design flaw on a mobile device app. It's useless on an Android device. So you have to call them, that's annoying. Fix it

the app doesn't work very well at all you can't get accurate information from it. when you need to add additional information to an existing claim it's impossible to do.
