When I first downloaded the app back in October, everything worked great. Now, I can't even get the app to open up. All I get is a spinning wheel. I've uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times without any success. Very frustrating 😡 As an update. I finally uninstalled and reinstalled it enough times and I got the app to work. However, after just getting a new phone, the app is no longer working again. It definitely needs some help but apparently they're not really concerned if it's reliable.

worked great on my Samsung Galaxy 10, but I had to upgrade to a Samsung 25+... now it just spins and will not open. When you check the settings in app manager the permissions are blocked and you cannot unblock them... ugggh. I do not have my actual membership card so this is making things very difficult... DO BETTER! I ALSO cannot access my money on my black card that covers in cash the things not included in the alignment plan coverage! Why are there no troubleshooting tips available??

I had used this app a year ago and it seldom worked. I uninstalled it but then reinstalled it recently. It had an old card number on it and wouldn't accept my new card number. So if I could give no stars, that would be great because it's useless!! Even my insurance company couldn't help me figure out out.
