Allscripts Professional EHR Mobile has changed its name to Veradigm EHR Mobile. Veradigm EHR Mobile provides complete on-the-go functionality that works seamlessly with Veradigm EHR.

With this app, you can:
- Access Veradigm EHR patient and provider data through a HIPAA-compliant connection
- View and manage clinic and rounding schedules
--View and respond to EHR and patient messages
--Review and respond to charts, labs, and other key documents
--Access patient histories, vital signs, and demographic information
- Write prescriptions and refills
- Create new patients and document quick encounters
- Send photos to the Veradigm Clinical Images app, where you can edit, annotate, and tag them

***This is the most current app for Server 20.1 or later. To take advantage of improvements in this release, your server software version must be 22.2.***

Ratings and reviews

Honestly, this is one of the worst apps and EHR I've used. They blow a lot of hot air, but there are so many glitches that you will cry for having to use this junk. It's really not worth it, no matter how much you think you're saving. You're going to make their IT guys rich. I've had to deal with customer service as well, and they're pretty incompetent as well. Trust me, don't do it.

Horrible app, slow, always difficult to log into, temperamental, if the password changes (which Veradigm requires every six months), the App stops working.

It's a free app that allows me to see my daily schedule, e-prescribe, message nurses about patients, and have instant access to any patient chart.
