This is an amazing app! It keeps your medical records, appointments, and reminders, medications, and changes to them and more. All in this 1 app. It would take days or weeks to get medical results before this app. I can usually get my results within 1 day now. I strongly encourage you to try it out. You're certainly not out of anything to download and check it out!

When I try to login using Facebook, I get this error. "App not active: This app is not accessible right now and the app developer is aware of the issue. You will be able to log in when the app is reactivated." I need this fixed, or I will never be able to login. I've received several emails this past week, telling me I have updates to my profile. PLEASE FIX THIS!!!!!!!!!!

This was a fantastic app. I absolutely loved being able to email my doctor and get a response directly from her, usually that day. Now I can't even use it. For months it hasn't worked. After opening it and attempting to sign in with biometrics, it just crashes, over and over again. I thought the recent update would fix it. No joy. It didn't do anything. What gives? I've already updated it prior to now. Nothing changed. Update 09.2025 The app has worked much better since it was updated.
