I can't login to the app unless i use my old number (that i originally signed up with. It's been changed since then). There's no way to update it at all, whatsoever, and when i called to ask for help to fix it, they didnt know what to do and the woman told me "you get a faster response when you call anyway", as if to say, the app sucks don't even bother using it. Ummm, ooooookkkkay.

Don't see the point in bothering with the app. Upon hearing a recording that using the app would be faster when I called in, I downloaded, installed, and registered in the app. Set up my car details, chose my location, my service station destination... And then the app just tells me to call in. Whereupon the agent asked me everything again that I had already put in the app already. I had a similar situation over 18 months ago, but I figured that they had fixed the app by now.

App does not work, tells me the app is no longer available. When you press the report issue tab it makes you input all your information again and has just a few reasons to report what you need. Then it tells you to call a number. Basically useless when you are stuck in the desert. AARP and Allstate, give us an app that works and provides good information. This is useless. I will go with another service once my subscription is up.
