I have been trying for 3 days to login on my phone (Samsung), but keep getting a message: Error! Handshake failed, with the option to click ok. I cannot enter the country code or my mobile number or my email. I have made purchases but have not been able to make use of promotions. I have tried deleting the app and downloading again.

We keep registering again and again but the same error is coming. As for the above review: I would like to say thank you to Mr. Thomas who helped us fixed the apps and now we can used it and never wasted any points.

It used to be smooth and easy to use. Now i cannot open the app anymore, it keeps saying error http 403 whenever i try to log in. Tried clearing the cache, clearing the data and restarted my phone but nothing works.
