App connects as and when it feels like it. So I thought it may have an app update no it doesn't. However, when at the app store I downloaded the SLConfig version (pool installer use) which isn't good for the homeowner but it connects every time without any issues. It's a pity the one we want doesn't do the same. I can't connect on the Local tab therefore there must be something wrong with the app. Pentair, for the amount of money you charge for your equipment please fix it ASAP!

No update to app. Ever. Don't buy Pentair products, since they're not going to support them. 2024-May Update (1 Star changed to 3): After 9 years (first installed the app in May or June of 2015), at some point recently, they finally put out an update to the app. Good improvements, but still far from perfect. It would be nice if you could keep the app open on your phone, and it stayed connected -- or at least opened to the last screen you had opened when you log into it again after it loses con

After Screenlogic was installed by the pool company, there was no local connection. It was wrongly installed, and I called an internet specialist to fix it. Pentsir should train their pool construction customers on proper installation. Now, after 3 years with successful use, the entire interface went out on the Pool application and the on/ off for the pool and heater are gone. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app did not fix the interface. I use a 2 year old S22+ phone.
