its been an awesome cleaner. much better than the sand water cleaner I've had on all my other cleaners. I do wish that there was an easier way to clean the filter tubes. I'm 70 and not that comfortable with kneeling to unscrew the nut from the bottom. The software app is very easy to use and is totally functional.

take 3 attempts to connect via Bluetooth, disconnects during setup and you have to start over, and even when you do make it all the way through and have it configured, when the customer accepts the "invite" it doesn't carry over any of the settings and they have to reprogram it from scratch

After trying to sign up for 40 min without exaggeration with my pentair partners account, it never worked, it showed loading while a message "stablish connection" was shown ,then I called pentair customer service which after explaining to them what I was experiencing with the app, they put me on hold for 30 min and ask me again the same question. Long history short. They hang up on my call while waiting after 54 min in the line. Embarrassing situation in front of a customer. Disappointed:(
