If I could give 0 stars, I would. This app sucks. My kids school starting using this app instead of Remind this year. I can't even login from the app, it loops back to Country after I do. In order for me to access the app I have to go to the school district website, find Rooms from there then login. I can't even read the whole messages tho because it cuts the sides off. Needless to say I am going to miss messages. Wish they would've never stopped using Remind, never had any issues with that app.

This app has a known bug where it loops back to the country selection screen after login. I can log in on the website just fine, but the app is unusable. Clearing cache/data, reinstalling, turning off VPN, nothing fixes it. Others have reported the same issue for months, and it still hasn’t been resolved. The only option is to use the web portal, which defeats the purpose of having the app.

I am able to login on the website, but the app does not work at all beyond logging in. It continously bumps me back to select country. I have removed the app several times and re-added again, but I still run into the exact same issue. I need the app for instant notifications, so logging in online to check for updates seems like more of a hassle than it needs to be.

Hi Kaydren, we're really sorry for the frustration you experienced trying to log in. If you're still having trouble, try updating the app first. If that doesn’t do the trick, deleting and reinstalling it should get things working as expected. Note: if you're a parent or guardian trying to access your account, you can log in using the school's app.
