Not a good app but I have no choice but to use it as it's the only app that I can place an order from Singapore for my husband in Turkey. I seriously think Tikla should employ better staff to manage their live centre because none of them is doing their job. They don't bother to reply to any messages at all. On top of that, none of them speaks or writes in English. They also should be evolved and upgrade their app with a selection of languages especially English to make it easier for foreigners

It allows you to register with UK phone number but never sends a confirmation code so that we could complete the registration. So we cannot make any order at all. Rubbish app. Tried with 3 different phone numbers and none of us was able to register and order. Absolutely useless.

Awful. To start with, was alright, no problems, they used to deliver successfuly. Then, the delivery guy 'didn't find my address' because 'I made a mistake'. Then how come ur couriers used to find me before, at least 5 times?? So, they cancelled my order. No refund was given, they just took my money and DON'T answer any questions anymore.
