Login is cumbersome, and often takes me to a home loan application I don't want, and can't see an option to escape to the main menu. Notification control seems to be all or nothing, so I choose nothing as I don't want daily notifications asking me to upgrade my card to pay more interest. The app doesn't understand no means no. Account balance information seems to usually be about a day behind. I'd prefer to use a very large screen on the web.

As a credit card holder, the app gets the job done, but is lacking in many different aspects compared to other credit card banking apps. Literally no way to see pending vs posted charges. The only alert/notification options are just one generic push notification. I register for biometrics, but a few days later it's like I never did, and then have to do two-factor authentication again. The webpage is no better since it literally mirrors the app functions. Looking forward to improvements.

terrible app. it can inform you of a transaction via notification but the transaction doesn't appear in recent transactions for hours, at least. also, turning on biometric login is pointless. it will still frequently force you to sign in via password. where's the convenience? also pull down to refresh often just sends me back to login.
