I gave it 2 stars because the setup was easy. My background, nursing license, etc all verified quickly. Unfortunately, when I try to use it, it gives me an error message, saying that I have not set up a payment account, which I have. Customer service is slow to respond and unable to resolve issues. To date, I am unable to accept visits and still get this error message. UPDATE: dropping to 1 star, since still unable to use despite repeated requests...our agency will switch to Kinnser altogether.

App doesn't always work. I keep having to uninstall the app. reinstall it and then it works but within 2 days, the same issue.

Angel's Best Home Health
When it works, it is great. When it doesn't, you have ZERO support. No answer to calls or emails. It is very frustrating and time-consuming.
