My primary problem with this app is that there is no initial setting to save your backups to internal or external memory. Your only choice is to a GDrive account, then download it back to your storage system. That would've gotten it 2-3 stars. However, the ads are so intrusive that I could barely evaluate it without hating it from the start. I pay for good software, but even the best software works like junk under these many ads.

Unable to use more than 10gb storage in the cloud, when I have a 250gb storage pro plan. When I access the cloud it states I am over with 11gb of storage used not even close to 250gb used. My subscription is until November 2025 and is updated to the latest version and have cleared the cache and reinstalled but the app will not recognize my subscription. I was debating renewing but since I can't use my subscription I doubt I will renew.

i brought 512 GB for a year for $14.99 and now I only have 10 GB not happy at all I have given you the receipt from Google play store and I still have not got my 512 GB back I will give you one week to give it back or I want my money back . thanks Gary Thompson
