this device is so buggy... it never connects on the first try. it says it's connected to Bluetooth and prompts you to begin a reading and then 5 seconds later it disconnects - and then you have to close the app and start again hoping that it will stay connected. this same issue has happened with multiple different phones by the way. also, now I just opened the app and the app said to "review terms" to continue and scroll to the bottom. I scrolled to the bottom and there's no button to continue!!

The unit does not reliably connect or work when it is connected. I raised this issue with Bactrack when it arrived. Even though I told them it was an app problem and not a hardware problem, they had me return the unit. They kept it for a month and then sent it back saying nothing is wrong. Yet, the connection issue still persists.

It doesnt stay connected to Bluetooth , which is awesome becaise i can still use my headphones and other Bluetooth devices without interference from the app. When needed, it pairs with my phone and works amazingly well. I would like an option to download readings, month by month and all ever recorded... that would be perfect.
