The app utilizes the same bank-level security that protects you when you’re on Internet Banking. The app also features a unique 4-digit passcode setting that prevents unauthorized access.


GETTING STARTED
To use the City National Bank Mobile Banking App, you must be enrolled as a City National Bank Internet Banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials. After you successfully login to the app, your accounts and transactions will begin updating.

Ratings and reviews

I've definitely had way better banking apps. There have been multiple times that what is showing in pending has not been subtracted from the total, and when I call the bank, they act like there's no way that could be possible. All the other bank apps I have used also let you open a payment dispute from the app, but not this one. You have to go into the bank. There could definitely be some improvements made.

Excellent app EXCEPT trying to change your phone number since the one you had went out dead and wouldn't come back on. (((the app will send codes to your phone number on file but if you are unable to change it, your screwed.))) You shouldn't have to call the bank to just change it and they are gonna ask questions, wanting to verify everything like your a criminal. That is sooo annoying, although I understand being safe but that's a bit ridiculous, in my opinion!

CNB is the most helpful bank I have ever worked with. Their friendly staff and their personal attention to your banking needs are amazing. They are service oriented professionals who care about building a personal relationship with their customers!
