We use the latest security technology and industry best practices to secure your information. Your account is yours—it can only be accessed through your MyBlue® login information. We recommend keeping your app up to date to ensure that it has the latest security features. You should keep your phone operating system up to date as well.

*It can take up to ten days after we receive a claim to reflect these changes on your account.

This is the worst app I have used in years. I have been using it for 6 weeks. I have had to reset my password 4 times. It says I have entered the password too many times. Once, I had only entered it one time, but it still makes you reset.Freezes almost every time I use it at least once. I want to change insurance just so I don't have to use this app ever again!!

Only got the app to complete the "wellness incentive goals", but the app crashes for days at a time (says "try again later"). It has happened so many days in a row that the goals re-set, and makes you start all over (there is no way to un-do that), which has happened to my wife and me (twice to her). This, plus another sour experience, has made me decide to look at other insurance providers during open season. I think it's intentional obfuscation.

Not really user friendly. Difficult to navigate. Unable to correct information. Otherwise, good to be able to see information without all the accumulation of paperwork. Correction: Everything everyone else is sayingsis true. This is a horrible app to use in 2025. I literally had to reset my password again and it still won't let me in.
