We use the latest security technology and industry best practices to secure your information. Your account is yours—it can only be accessed through your MyBlue® login information. We recommend keeping your app up to date to ensure that it has the latest security features. You should keep your phone operating system up to date as well.

*It can take up to ten days after we receive a claim to reflect these changes on your account.

Ratings and reviews

This is the worst app I have used in years. I have been using it for 6 weeks. I have had to reset my password 4 times. It says I have entered the password too many times. Once, I had only entered it one time, but it still makes you reset.Freezes almost every time I use it at least once. I want to change insurance just so I don't have to use this app ever again!!

Would rate it lower if i could. I can never log in and need to fight with the app on two separate devices for an hour every time i want to access it! Then it says it'll remember my device for like 90 days and forgets the same device the next day, so i have to fight my way back in. Why am i paying for insurance that the app makes damn sure i can never use?!

It is one of the buggiest apps I have ever used. Tried to change my password and it gave error message claiming old and new passwords were the same when that wasn't the case. In the app it keeps telling you that it has biometrics and you should turn it on. I try to do that and the toggle is greyed out and doesn't work. Let's not even talk about the weird security sign in that's supposed to text you a pin, but sends a link instead for verification. I wouldn't be surprised if this app was hacked.
