am really disappointed 😔☹️ with this app,since morning trying to withdraw.have not been able to withdraw, trying to reach your customer care,thy instructed me to delete the account then sign up again.everytime I try to sign up ooh invalid verification code 😔☹️ what's this plz help

the app doest update your mt5 balances as you trade. the initial deposit balance is what is shown(meaning you cant withdraw past your initial deposit). support tells you to delete the app and refresh. Question is.. do i have to do it all the time for it to update the balances? App too buggy

Very poor customer service. They don't pick calls, don't reply to WhatsApp messages or even texts. They are still withholding my money when it's very clear that I withdrew through their platform. I have provided them with the deriv statement statement to prove it all. And they are unapologetic!!! TRANSACT USING THIS SERVICE AT YOUR OWN PERIL!!!
