This app so far has been literally unusable when searching for care. It's 2024 and the keyboard just does not work. Every time I try to type in anything in the search, the keyboard glitches and when it does look stable nothing populates in the search bar. I always have to close the app and use the browser. It has undergone multiple updates recently so I don't understand how this problem is persisting. It should be a simple fix. Fix it!!!!

For some reason, registration is separate from the web site. Unfortunately, registration and connecting your web account doesn't work. "The information you entered doesn't match our records" is all you're going to run into. Then your account gets locked and you have to wait 24 hours before trying again. No doctor is on your list, so you find a doctor but there's no way to add her to your list, so what's the point? I verified my phone number several times and it still says it's not verified. Plan details only shows copays, no benefits.

I can't even get into the app right now. When I try to open it, it allows me to use my fingerprint and appears to be loading, then it stays on the login page, requiring me to enter my username and password. Even after entering that info, it removes the password from the screen and still doesn't load or produce any error message. Just a non responsive loop. Will be uninstalling if not fixed soon. Garbage app 🗑 👎
