I have been using this app for awhile and have received cashouts from it. But I've been having issues the last week with earning points and I'm still waiting on my most recent cashout. I've had no response on either issue from customer support. I genuinely like this app but with the issues and no response, I have to go with 1 star. If things change, I'll up my rating.

The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is a simple fix. Make login feature so that you can get back all your saved data in the case you broke your phone, had it stolen or lost it, and maybe if you uninstalled it and had to reinstall the app, there would be no need to email customer support everytime you want to have all your progress back. Takes quite awhile to cash out, but when you do it's more generous then the rest of them money making apps.

I only give 3 stars because it's been going great for a week or 2 since I've downloaded it, but I just tried opening the app, and it looks like the loading screen, but it never loads...and I can move the loading bar with my finger. Like, drag the bar to the right and "fill" it to about 95% "loaded", but that's it. Nothing else happens. I essentially have a fidget toy for an app now... Help? I've even uninstalled and reinstalled, and no change.
