Although I'm having a good time working with the psychologist and therapist, the app is incredibly buggy. I can't log in after the first initial log-in. It either gets stuck on a loading screen or I successfully log in and it logs me out and takes me to the log-in screen. Would rate higher but I can't access anything through the app and I have to go onto the website to get anything done.

Warning if you have technical difficulties it will cost you $95. I logged on for my appointment waited 20 min only to receive an email that I did not make my appointment. They dont care about you. the charge went through less.than an hour after my appointment. they want to constantly text and email you, but they dont help at all. I dont recommend

My provider is quick to ensure I'm getting my prescriptions on time. My issue is with the billing issues. I have a $30 copay, which gets deducted from my bank immediately after my appointment. Even though my invoices are paid in full, they keep duplicating the invoices and marking them unpaid. I've reached out to their customer service only to be told someone would reach out to me. Still waiting...
