It is July 10th 2025 and this app was working until a week ago. our wifi went out for 2 days and no matter what I did, it would not go back on. The day I was about to call is the day it came back on out of nowhere. This should not be an issue. The wifi isn't even all that great to begin with. Why is this happening and why is this app not working?! What's the point of paying for anything if you's won't give correct service?! Fix the app and fix your services!

Can't even set app up. It tells me there's a problem with the info I entered. I took the picture as directed and when I choose the model it says it's incorrect- I'M LOOKING AT THE BOX. I double, triple and quadruple checked it. It's ridiculous. THEN when you call customer service the call center is located in Asia and they can't answer anything because they don't understand the terminology. I'm so disappointed- I upgraded from broadband to fiber optic. It's been an absolute NIGHTMARE.

This app doesn't always indicate current signals. It takes some time to recognize whether wifi electronics, extenders, modems, etc, are on or off. It has also prevented me from logging in several times with my correct password. Initially, I had changed my password a few times until I noticed it just locks me out for no apparent reason, and then after a moment, it'll allow me to log in. That's frustrating. It's sometimes at the point where I'd want to cancel my subscription.
