The old app was worse than the previous one, and this one is worse yet. Calling it "Smart Home" is like calling every dish on the menu "food". Why do I have to select my one device every time I open the app? The "energy usage" screen us dumbed down. Okay, outside temperature is back. I'm not sure when because it was placed *behind* a menu so you have to scroll to see it without any sign it's there.

Lee, while we’re rebuilding the app for better long-term stability, we know we didn’t get all the details right out of the gate. We’re working on bringing back more intuitive controls in the next few updates, and your feedback on the app name and energy usage screen is being shared directly with our design team.

Not user friendly....horrible app. All of sudden will not let me login with password or biometrics. Says I'm not registered yet I've logged in today 3 times. In getting disgusted with Bryant and I paid big bucks for 3 units for my house. I will not recommend this company UNLESS they fix their problems with us logging in. The update was supposed to fix login issues, it DID NOT!!!!

It's a pretty bad app. Settings don't save, the thermostat and app temperatures rarely match, and the app is lacking options. Terminilogy and colors are sometimes different between the app and thermostat as well. Overall it seems rushed and like there's no oversight. Would like to see "time of use" support for energy tracking.
