Set the apt. All was well until I got there. (I live 35 min away) I was told they close at 2 and I needed to reschedule for a more "appropriate" time because I had to redo my physical. Apt was set for 1:45 I showed up a little after 1) I told them I couldn't this is the only available time for me due to my job and that I drove 30 minutes. They did not care! She continued to argue with me about the time frame that I "appropriately" showed up for. Given that I will NEVER donate here again!

They do not allow you to see the closest facility until AFTER they have your phone number. The location they gave me provides a huge inconvenience (over an hour away), and now I get to figure out how to keep them from receiving loads of promotional stuff from them, and who the heck knows what other entities will get access to my phone number.
