Im feel hoodwinked. While signing up, I was charged an additional $60, and I thought it was the amount I would be paying when it renewed, then I realized it was an additional charge. I contacted them immediately and they refused to give me a refund. It has been escalated... Im still waiting for a response and a refund. With the app being super slow and literally not being able to even respond, it makes this app useless without a subscription. I'd give a zero if I could.

I love this service and use it regularly, but the app sucksssssssss. Profile info doesn't save, candidates you declined never disappear, things take forever to load, and you can't view the photos of your applicants. I literally hate it. Fix your dang app- it will help your business tremendously. (The website is better, but not by much. Their whole IT team needs a reboot.)

The other reviewer Ceara is spot on. Also I'd have to say one of the things that annoys me the most is that if you are searching through caregivers, tap on one to view the profile, and then go back to the search results afterward, you are brought right back to the top of the results. So you have to scroll all the way down again each time. It's so frustrating, and the website doesn't behave this way. The website brings you back to where you previously were in the search results.
