The layout of this app frustrated me right off the bat. I accidentally clicked the wrong job category in the beginning and there's no option to go back/skip through the prompts to edit it.. Very annoying! Had to delete my account and remake it all to see they require 15 bucks for a background check. But of course they put that part at the end after you spend 30 mins dealing with app design flaws and filling in all your information... no thanks!

If it works, it's nice. The UI is easy and intuitive. But the problem is that it is inconsistent. I often get notifications for messages hours or days later. If I don't monitor the app, I miss those messages. edit update: I cancelled my Care subscription and uninstalled. app was never the best but now, despite being paid through care, HomePay (a care service), and paying for a background check- they want to use an AI third party to "verify" your ID. My social security card wasn't enough?

App crashes every time I try to write my bio, no matter which option I choose (write my own or having the AI system write it for me), no matter how many times I try. I tried sending an email to get some help, go no response. Please don't make it mandatory to use the app, if it is not going to work properly. Frustrated that I cant finish setting up my profile.
