The app is completely unreliable!!!!!!!! The view sucks, the app is missing information, plus, I was told by a Carelinx employee, that the app does not communicate with the program in charge of replying to job applications. This entire company is incredibly unreliable, unresponsive, and unorganized!

ANNOYING APP!! This app is horrendous, it doesn't matter whether it's on your phone or computer!! Then you call customer service and they try to treat you like you are dumb then try to over talk you. If I call to tell you the app isn't working don't tell me to look at it again and that it works for everyone else!! Clearly it doesn't as we can all see by these reviews. Subsequently, I have to call every time I need to be paid as the app won't let the time to be submitted.

app is horrible. Makes it impossible to schedule clients which in turn means a phone call and long wait on hold. this app has been bad since 2024 and still not fixed. glitches all the time. repetitive questions. etc. terrible
