Good journalism but terrible UI/UX. Can't even read the news properly during my commute because while scrolling through articles, an ANNOYING video ad just autoplays and interrupts my music - despite the fact that I HAVE ALREADY SET NO TO AUTOPLAY VIDEOS. Big 'FAST' at the bottom right of the page that I have NO OPTION to remove even though I DO NOT WANT IT. Put simply, a FRUSTRATING experience!

This app auto-plays ads (with sound) when you open articles. Sorry, but no. Even if you change the settings, etc, it still does it. You'd expect better from such an organization. CNA's competitor doesn't do this.

Please fix your APP. How to scroll without touching the phone and when you try to scroll past a shopee ad, it always triggers a click-through and launch shopee app. All other ads are ok. Recognising ad revenue at our expense of user experience is not okay.
