Very rough experience so far. I've been recently getting back into Chick Fil A and decided to re-download the app. Problem is, it's in a broken state. I can't sign in without either getting blocked from logging in or getting a black screen that makes it unable for me to even attempt a login. Needless to say, I will not be using the app until this issue gets fixed. I wish I could say positive things, but there's not much to say outside of this.

Cant combine a gift card with a debit card. On top of that, I cant just add what I need to complete the order ($3), they have a minimim $10 to be able to add funds, since you can't use 2 payment methods. So after I load $10, im bsck with $7 after the order, and it creates a cycle where at some point, you dont have enough money, theyve kept it, and you're just ordering normal again, because whats the point of a GIFT card, that you have to buy more funds for to be able to use it all.

I placed an order with the wrong store on the app. Unlike other chains which allow customers to request cancel on the app, This company demands that I contact the wrong store either by phone or in-person to request cancel, which they either take forever to answer a call or not answering at all. I think they intentionally make it difficult for customers that some of them would just give up, this is a bad practice and I likely won't order again.
