GuidanceNow℠ provides fast, easy access to your ComPsych employee assistance program and a wide array of health and well-being resources. On GuidanceNow℠ you can:
• Browse and Search Resources—Browse a wealth of local-language, informational tools and resources. These resources are organized into categories such as well-being, relationships, work, education, finance and lifestyle
• Find a Provider—Use one-touch access to speak with an intake clinician and get a referral to a local provider
• Learn More—Access authoritative, regional resources (such as third-party government-sponsored, not-for-profit and private domain websites) which connect people to additional resources and benefits
• Access Program Information— Review your company’s specific employee assistance program benefit information
• Provide Feedback—Respond to surveys to help ComPsych improve future program offerings for employees and their household members

Register doesn't work on app. Most links do not work on app. The app is completely unusable. S23 ultra, fully updated, so that shouldn't be an issue. Edit: tried again, 3 months later and it still has the same issues. Utterly terrible in terms of app. Nothing can be interacted with, links don't work, buttons don't do anything.

Appalling. Don't bother using. You register. The app kicks you out. It then doesn't recognise logon details. You get to chat after finally getting it to work only to be referred to legal services for a 30 minute phone call. I chatted to "Belinda" who was less than useless and was more interested in making sure I'm not accessing the wrong country and that I'm a bank employee, rather than what drove me to make contact. Not good enough

Because I am reluctant on change was what I thought I'd study, but mainly about money. This app has helped me like, attract, and beat the odds again today. Thank you guidance. Always fun to be around for a schedule check, or payday in someone else's shoes I might not be happy. So thank you America for staying friendly, helpful, and enthusiastic. Guidance says a lot, stay in track.
