About this app

We have developed a completely new mobile bank with banking is even easier and more versatile than the current mobiilipankissamme. At the initial stage of services is not yet as widely used as in the current mobiilipankissamme. However, you can take it already in use, and use it in many day to day banking case.

The new mobile bank also has a brand-new features:
- Home, where you can get an idea immediately rahatilanteestasi
- payments without security card
- Signing of Agreements
- Log out shaking your device
- You can use it also in English

And much more. As usual, you can look at your account balance, events lists, your investments and make account transfers. Now it's just a lot easier.

We add new functionality to the application on a regular basis, so if something does not exist yet, we are probably already doing it. We would like to develop the app together with you, so we welcome your feedback on the app feedback feature.

Terrible, lazy, and unresponsive customer support. The web app hasn't been updated since early 2000s. Authorization is very inconvenient. Still waiting for a reply to a message I sent over a week ago and followed up on. They say that they reply to messages on a "first come, first-served" basis, however they've already replied to a message sent half a week later. Be aware that you can't request a callback when calling their customer support — something you can do in all other Finnish banks.

Edit: Re-install solved this problem. After the yesterday's (February 20th) update I'm no longer able to log in. No error messages, just a rolling circle on the screen for a longer time I have patience to wait and see will it ever succeed.

Everything was working fine. Until the latest 2 updates. Now I can't scan any barcodes to pay my bills, it made the process so much slower and inconvenient

Hi Karim! I´m sorry to hear that mobilebank is not working for you. There is option to scan bar codes in these versions too. If the app is not working for you, please try to check that updates are up to date and if this is not working for you you can also delete the app and download it again. -Marjaana
