This used to be a solid app until they randomly decided to charge for their service. They initially told me I couldn't add any more passwords and have since increased their restrictions to essentially make the app unusable without a paid subscription. I'm not sure why they'd decide to do this when there are apps like Proton Pass with significantly better functionality and a cleaner interface offering this service for free. I've switched over to Proton Pass and have never been happier.

Switched after LastPass had too many breaches. Great app for years, secure and easy to use. I get having a premium option, price increases and wanting to go premium only. I can even understand not letting me add or edit things until I upgrade. But to not let users copy passwords to make switching easier is just a very uncool move that deliberately and knowingly makes our experience harder bc we didn't pay you. Forced ads would've been fine. This is just awful.

Works well, bad business practices, though! I've been using this app for a few years and overall I find it useful and love the auto full feature. A few months ago they removed some of the features of the free plan which was annoying, but not enough to justify calling them out for it. Now they are completely switching to a subscription service if you want any true functionality. We don't want anymore subscription services! Terrible. Annoying. Thumbs down.
