Ratings and reviews

The services of the app are useful, but the icon design is poorly implemented. On Android 14, the app does not support adaptive icons, so it shows an ugly white background around the logo. This looks very unprofessional. Compared to this, the bKash app icon looks much better and more modern, without any unnecessary white space. I strongly request the Rocket app developers to update the icon design for a cleaner and more professional user experience.

Totally disgusting Mobile banking app. I tried to recover my account for more than a month but it shows invalid. Heck. Kindly test your product before release. And one more thing my account isn't empty. Either fix the issue or close the product.

Recently fund transfer to dbbl account is not allowed. They are showing to link account. How can i link someone else's account number to my rocket app. It is disappointing for me . It is happening after new update. 😓😓😓😓
