Driver support is fantastic! They are easy to reach, and you get a real person on the phone. App is pretty straightforward and easy to use (unless your Internet connection is poor). Base pay is quite low, so you heavily rely on tips (like many other gig apps). I'm in the suburbs and still get offers that aren't 50 miles or more away... though I still get those, too.

I have been on this app for more than a week now with no offers. My calls,texts, and emails are not being answered. No help on correcting the issues. Very disappointing!!! ****UPDATE**** It's been over two weeks now. I'm still waiting for tech support to reach out to me. I don't have the version with the H. I was told that's the problem and tech support has to fix it.It's very frustrating that I have to wait so long.

I have gone thru every process with no problem using the same email address. The instructions say to activate your profile put in your email address and click forgot password to set a new one. Now all of a sudden the app says my email doesn't exist or a problem processing. I've sent 2 emails and still no one has replied back!
