One of the worst applications I have ever used is the Deva application. The app provides incorrect and misleading information. For example, it may show that a particular charger in a specific area is available and unoccupied. But when I arrive, I find that the charger is already in use, or sometimes, the charger itself is not working and is under maintenance. Despite this, the app still shows the charger as available and in working condition.

Poor experience. UAE pass not linked. Move in doesn't accept PDF. A simple process made very complex and that also doesn't work.

Been trying to login for 2 weeks to pay my bill, however every time it goes through the final login step, the app crashes and says unable to log in, please try again later. Well, been trying for 2 weeks now.
