FIRST 6 MONTHS POSTPARTUM
This workout is intended for women in postnatal period - starting from day 1 after giving birth till 6(+) month after giving birth. Developed in cooperation with practitioner physiotherapist with 10 year experience.



UNIQUE WORKOUT FOR EACH POSTPARTUM DAY
Each day you will receive new workout, designed for exact postpartum day. First weeks we'll be focusing on restoring deep muscle functions and doing exercises that unnoticeable targets pelvic floor muscles. For c-section starting extra gently. Then, day by day, exercises becomes more challenging. If you feel exhausted (we know that some days baby will drain all your energy), you can choose 'light' workout version of the day.



FOR DIFFERENT POSTPARTUM HEALTH CONDITIONS
Workout routine is tailored for different postpartum health conditions - vaginal or c-section delivery, tearing, diastasis size, and other. Enter your health data and each day application will calculate and present appropriate exercises for you.



DIASTASIS SAFE
Exercises that will help your diastasis heal. There are lot of safe alternatives for sit-ups.



NO EQUIPMENT
This is no-equipment/what you can find in home equipment workout.



EXPERT MADE
Exercises are made by practisioning physiotherapist, who specializes in women health with focus on recovery after childbirth. Each exercise set are targeted for specific day after postpartum.

This workout starts off nice and easy and slowly increases intensity. I didn't start on day 1 postpartum for being unsure of exercising too soon. After starting it I realized I probably could've started right away. It takes having stitches or c-section into account, so it's customized. The exercises focus a lot on repairing your pelvic core muscles and strength from pregnancy and birth. I highly recommend using this app. Anyone can do these exercises and it's a great place to start postpartum!

Great app. I'm 6 months pp and just started. Had 3 children and not exercised a lot previously. Some exercises are really tricky but I love it. Definitely enjoying doing it every day and hoping to see a difference soon. Thanks for keeping it free.

Excellent work-outs, not too long and well suited for post partum healing. Because the work-outs are short, there is really nothing stopping you - there's always 5 minutes left for some exercising. There is one short ad at the start of the exercise, not really bothersome. Recommend!
