The first programme:

Food & Eating – Listen to this first part for 3 weeks to make permanent positive change in your eating habits. The results may be instant after first use or may develop after a few sessions. You will notice changes in your behaviour with regard to food...only eating when you are physically hungry, drinking more water, stopping eating when you are full, eating the foods you fancy, going off the taste of fatty and greasy foods, noticing you think much less about food and differentiating hunger from emotion. You may experience all or some of these changes but trust that your sub-conscious mind will utilise the suggestions that are right for you.

You are NOT dieting. This isn’t a diet or a crash weight loss programme. You
will steadily get rid of excess weight and change your eating habits to not only get rid of weight once and for all but to then easily maintain it.

Part 2 of the programme:

Exercise & Motivation – After the first 3 weeks begin to listen to the second part of the programme. As your eating habits change and you begin to see the pounds dropping off use this mindfulness session to increase your motivation and desire to move your body more. You may find yourself walking more and generally being more active. Your confidence will improve and the increased activity will boost the weight loss.

For best results listen to the mindfulness sessions with earphones and do not play whilst driving or operating machinery because these recordings will induce a wonderful relaxing trance state.

Downloaded on a whim. And have listened to either one or both daily for a few weeks. Didn’t think much of it and stopped. During my pause, didn't have great eating days and was anxious, so that night I listened at bedtime, because it does help me fall asleep. Next DAY big change. I felt more in control, and did not "eat" my emotions. I will continue to earn play points a small price to pay to listen. At this time I would love a one time buy option, and an option to play on repeat. Thank you!

I think one ad for one 26 minute session. Is a good deal. Relaxing time with possitive thoughts about controling my eating habits. I have made changes. I've stopped picking. eating mostly now when im hungry and its no effort. Just started session 2 its diffent influnces but very possive a great relaxation. Thsnk you to the poducers of this free app.

Prior to the update was much better when I didn't have to gain play points. Could also be massively improved if there was an option to loop the track for repeated listening during sleep
