Dispatch Science is a SaaS-based delivery management platform with an end-to-end, scalable delivery infrastructure for businesses with 10 to 1000+ drivers.

The Driver app gives couriers and parcel delivery drivers complete visibility and control over their operations with an exceptional User Interface. It can only be used if your Delivery Company uses the Dispatch Science platform. Depending on the options selected by your delivery company, some features may not be enabled for your login.

We are forced to use their lousy camera app. They really need to give us a way to take pictures at time of delivery in a way that saves this pics in that job in case we have to back out and start over. Sometimes the app glitches, and I have go back and start over. If the window agent takes my packages, I may not be able to get another chance to retake my pictures...

I am a master contractor, and my dispatch company uses this app for their drivers. This app is horrible. it crashes, freezes, restarts, etc. It does those things while I am working my routes, and it is extremely inconvenient. I am very displeased.

This app doesn’t allow us to take screenshots, which makes it very difficult to share information or save important details. Please look into this issue and try to find a solution. I understand it might be a restriction set by the company, but there’s usually a way to improve the user experience or offer an alternative option.

- Using Barcode Regex Validation: When a Regex validation is added to the barcode scanning step of the Add Parcel workflow, the scanner will accept only barcodes that match the regular expression.
