Once you reach your free storage limit, Dropbox literally locks you out, preventing you from accessing your own files! The only way to retrieve what is legally your personal data is by paying for a subscription upgrade. I was forced to, even though I did not need additional storage. Their customer service is beyond horrific. When you call, they route you to their chat feature, at which point no one is available on chat. One star is not low enough. Developer: everything you said is untrue.

this app has been failing to upload pics for quite some time now. I'm an actor and my agency uses Dropbox for all their request for material but for the past few months I have been having to email them directly with videos and headshots because drop box doesn't upload any of the material. it use to work then one day it just stopped. I've done all the troubleshooting but still no resolution. I'm currently trying to upload 2 pics and I keep getting the same error over and over.

other than that the Government Agency for whom I was a contractor did not allow the use of Dropbox for work files I used it extensively for my side work. It eased collaboration and sped file sharing, and maintaining revision control. it is simple and intuitive to use and I see no obvious ways in which it can be improved.Top marks for a free productivity app.
