It's just plain awful! The collectors are great, and I never had an issue with them, but their support side is a joke. I wasted 2 hours attempting to schedule an extra pickup just to give up in the end. No option on their website or app, and they were unable to help through chat and told me to call just to be looped around in a circle. It's like you're being punished for requesting services!

Even though I will continue to use the trash pickup service, I cannot in all honesty say I'm happy with it. My pick up days have been changed twice, with no notice. Which caused me to miss the pickup. My bill does not contain a complete breakdown. I can't go on the online site and view my entire account. Only what's due. And I'm being billed in between my quarterly billing cycle and have no idea what it's for. Trying to reach customer service is akin to pulling teeth with tweezers.

It takes far too long to speak with customer service. When you do get customer service reps, they normally never actually help. They seem to "forget" to set end dates on services, which are icur fees. After speaking with reps a number of times, I still can't see/access the services for my property through the app or online. My bills are processed, but then come back as "Not paid," and I have to process them again. All in all, this is a literal nightmare, hoping for a replacent company soon.
