The app helps me find Electrify America charging stations as I travel so that I can take advantage of the "free" (wrapped into the price of my EV) charging at Electrify America chargers. It is easy to contact them when a charger isn't working properly or when I couldn't figure out how to get started. The map feature makes it easy to see how the network of charging stations is expanding in my area. The app's directions for starting charging are wrong: I have to swipe BEFORE connecting, not after.

When the app works, it's great. But... It works half of the time at most. I've taken three road trips in the past year & subscribe to get the discounted rate but the app gives me a payment processing error whether I tap ir swipe forcing me to either call customer service & be on indefinite hold or use a credit card & pay the full rate. On my last trip from Texas to California and back I overpaid mote than $200. Either your software is problematic on a Samsung ZFold 4 or it just sucks.

Update: And it got worse!! Entire service is half-baked, honestly. Not enough stations, and typically a long wait for a spot. Chargers are often marked unavailable, or available but flat don't work. Chargers don't deliver their full rated charging capacity, sometimes only 30%-40%. Support is only partially helpful some of the time, with often long holds for voice. App is randomly down (though uptime is apparently better than competitors), has some bad UX design, and shows wrong info sometimes.
