Very useless app. If someone wants to install compulsively then fine but if you want my opinion then don't waste time installing by giving it 1 star. You will use the forget password option every time you open the app. No local recharge. Beneficiary Add. for International Recharge you need to add beneficiary that it does not show later and cannot be added again. Apart from this, there is no other option.

MONEY GRABBER HORRIBLE APP. 1. They will only give you max 10aed for mobile credit regardless of your balance. 2. Tried transferring my balance to my bank account yet all went failed which ended with unnecessary fees. 3. Every transaction needs fee, I will understand if the transaction went through but after the pain of going through the process only end up failed yet get deducted. Lost both time and money. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO DOWNLOAD. IT'S A THIEF APP.

This app is total heck. I was told my password is wrong but for the last three weeks no one has even cared to reply to my email. When I call customer support I guess those people are always sleeping. Please let something be done or else we look for other options. Your service delivery in terms of complaints and assistance are very poor.
