As a new user of mobily pay, I deposited funds into my wallet for an international transfer to India. However, after more than 3 days of buffering, the transfer was still not completed. I reached out to customer service and was informed that there was an issue with MoneyGram. I requested a refund of my money but was told that I would have to make a local transfer from mobily pay to my account, with additional charges. Guys, they have fraudulent practices. Please be careful.

Don't use it for international Transfer. I did transfer after 15 days it didn't arrive. When I contacted customer service they said they have system updates, after another 7 days they made the funds available to refund. They told me to refund it via the the app, but the transaction fee was deducted even though the transfer didn't happen! Customer service said transfer fees are not refundable..even though the transaction didn't happen.

Worst customer care support, I complained that my account is blocked to customer care they told to do email, after done they not responding to email. I kept reminders to email and also provided every detail but still they didn't reply. Worst app for transferring money. I'm going to shift to STC pay. Atleast they respond immediately and resolve the issue. #Worst customer support #Worst application
