About this app

Everlance helps you keep more of what you earn.

If you drive your own car for work, mileage and expenses add up quickly, and so do the tax deductions. But tracking everything manually is time-consuming and easy to miss, which can cost you at tax time or even lead to an audit.

That is where Everlance comes in.

The average Everlance user saves over $7,000 per year. The app automatically logs your mileage, tracks your expenses, and keeps your tax records organized throughout the year. It runs quietly in the background so you can focus on your business, not your paperwork.

No spreadsheets. No stress. Just a smarter way to track and save.

🚗 HOW IT WORKS
• Drive with the app running and your trips are logged automatically
• Link your bank or card to track business expenses
• Use your records to file taxes or get reimbursed
• Upgrade to unlock advanced features like tax filing and audit protection

💸 WHY IT MATTERS
In 2025, every business mile is worth 70 cents.
That means 10,000 miles equals $7,000 in potential deductions.
Everlance makes sure you do not miss a single one.

Decent so far, but sorely needs a function to split trips, not just merge/unmerge. Driversnote has this function, and it's saved me from having to manually enter times/addresses for all legs of a trip that transition between work and personal, then needing to delete the captured trip I just need to split. Hardly saves me time, when other apps don't require all this. Very tedious, and frankly I may cancel before the trial ends because of this, unless it gets added in a few days. :/

Hi Jonathan, thank you for the feedback. I don't think we'll be able to add this feature in the next few days, but I'd love to help prioritize it on our roadmap. Can you email us at support@everlance.com so we can properly capture the request or any others you might have? Do you want to split the trip by mileage or by adding in a stop (e..g A-B-C)?

I work in food delivery (DoorDash, Instacart, UberEats) and this app is a life saver! It starts tracking my mileage the moment it detects movement, and when I'm done I just tell it what that trip was for. I can also enter transactions, so I keep track of income and expenses too, and have everything related to work all in one place! I pay for the subscription (only $8/month), and that allows me to export all this info to Excel spreadsheets (which have sortable columns after download).

Does not have ability to distinguish pickups & dropoffs. At the end of the day, your have to figure out where you were when & try to break it down yourself. Any shift is just 1, hours long, drive around town. I think one is supposed to switch apps & manually start/stops rides, which defeats the whole purpose. Maps or Waze can do the same. Figuring out deductible miles? Pfft! Simple multiplication can do that. This app provides NOTHING any free app, & a calc, can do without any wasted time. 👎👎
