Easy to use however it's getting a 1 star after 4 years of using them for my family. It was the best affordable route originally but now they've upcharged basic clear lenses from $9.99 to $75 for what they call the "basic bundle" no other option in all came out to $105 after coupon $82 including shipping. I recommend switching to Zenni optical. I found the same exact frames for $11 cheaper, thin lenses and blue light protection, scratch resistant, all for $36.42. :)

Negatives Website is clunky. Poor frame/color selection. 2 day shipping wasn't actually an option. Made and order was canceled because the prescription "couldn't fit the frame" (it was a frameless selection). Overall unable to fulfill the services described. Positives Good virtual augmentation to try selection. Good customer service, easy refunding process.

The app works fine, however, twice now I have filtered frames for my specific prescription, twice now I have been told it could be accommodated, twice now I have paid, and twice now they have placed my order on hold saying it could not be accommodated. If it couldn't work, why bother letting me purchase or even giving me certain frame options at all? I won't be attempting this a third time.
