VIP membership was a game changer. I switched from Talabat and have been using VIP deliveries ever since. update: buggy app as always. Your services are great, I wonder why you don't hire a better software developer?! I can't activate VIP via cash since a long time, just nothing happens when I try to activate it. And there is no option to live chat via support like there was before, no way to open a "ticket". Even your telephone number ain't working.

great delivery app don't listen to the bad reviews but they do need to fix their game where people play for lezzo coins . there are currently alot of hackers doing impossible scores. this needs to be fixed.

Their food delivery service is literally the worst. 4 times I ordered all of them had the wrong items.. Deleting the app
