This app needs a lot of work especially making it more accessible people with bad eyesight. I've already complained multiple times to bank management for years. None of them seem to care no changes have ever been made. I wish I could balance my checking accounts at night when I have free time but I can't trust the numbers in the app because they're not accurate. why does money have to go in and out randomly throughout the night. Maybe freeze the app info at 9 pm and then update when fully calc

I keep getting an error message when transferring money in or out of my 5 accounts. It doesn't matter if it's an internal or external account transfer. The transactions show money has been moved,but the available balance shows otherwise. Holds do not show as pending transactions,and they should. The math does not add up correctly. When questioned about it in the chat, I was told to uninstall and reinstall the app. I have reported that the errors still occur and have not received a response.

Ever since the most recent update, it has been very difficult and most times impossible to access my account through your mobile app. This notice pops up "Authenication Issue turn on your automatic date and time and sign in again" over and over, and over, on and on, forever until I stop trying. I have called 3 times concerning this and emailed customer service, still no resolution. If this doesn't get fixed, I will have to switch banks to one that the mobile app works.
